About the role
The Associate Lead supports management in general operations to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. They perform various sales and register transactions, promote customer service, manage inventory, and assist in training and evaluating store associates.
Responsibilities
- Promote customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, price changes, and merchandise management; review and submit time sheets and other payroll documents accurately.
- Maintain associate productivity and performance; provide feedback and support for store manager evaluations.
- Monitor and maintain store security, merchandise presentation, and inventory levels; assist with visual merchandising and store set preparations.
- Support store operations by preparing schedules, managing inventory, and facilitating customer service.
- Communicate product knowledge and assist customers in making purchase decisions; build customer relationships through clienteling and wardrobing.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a positive work environment; participate in coaching and performance evaluations of store associates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Aged 18 or older.
- Minimum 2 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of administrative store operations.

Pay
The wage range for this position is $13.20 - $16.40 per hour. Successful candidates' wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
Schedule
Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. The position requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
