About the role
The Sales Lead at Pandora will provide support to both Managers and Sales Associates, playing a crucial role in the success of the store. This position requires the completion of an assessment after submitting the application.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
- Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to show and Deliver positive results.
- Master of time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
