Full Time Sales Lead

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersing in our brand, culture, and product while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates to drive in-store success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, prioritization, and delegation.
• Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point-of-sale systems.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Pay

$16.85 per hour - $21.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
