Full Time Sales Lead

About the role

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, fully immersed in our brand, culture, and product. This role supports both Managers and Sales Associates to deliver success in-store and requires the completion of an assessment after application submission.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.

• Create unforgettable shopping experiences through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Surpass commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster lasting customer connections beyond transactions to craft loyal fans.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for individual and store performance.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
• Mastery of time management, prioritization, and delegation.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
• At least 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

Pay

$19.65 - $24.55 per hour, commensurate with experience.
