About the role

Join our thrift store family as a Sales Associate and help transform community donations of gently-used clothing and household goods into funding for our core social programs. Sales Associates provide support in various areas, including cashiering, customer service, collecting donations, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. Your work directly contributes to creating a safety net of essential services in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and operate the cash register.
• Collect, sort, and price donated goods.
• Merchandise items to create an appealing shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in both the front and back of the store.
• Work flexibly in different areas of the store as needed.

About Us

Our support services include healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, and services for older adults and caregivers.

Pay

Starting wage: $15.00 per hour (non-exempt).

Schedule

Operating hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM, and Sundays 11AM to 5PM. Rotating weekend shifts and shorter holiday hours.
