The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Make eye contact, smile, and greet all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Treat fellow Associates with respect
- Efficiently follow all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers
- Maintain a clean work area at all times
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation
- Perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require
- Engage in assigned tasks during all working hours
- Perform additional tasks in specific situations when needed to help achieve Customer service and operational goals
