Role Overview As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers, helping them find products and solutions for their home improvement needs. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, answer questions, and deliver excellent serviceHelp locate, handle, and prepare merchandise across various departmentsReplenish stock, process orders and deliveries accuratelyAssist with cross-departmental tasks and guide customers through shopping and checkoutPerform duties such as cutting and mixing paint, and handling specialty products Qualifications & Skills Minimum 6 months experience with computers and retail technologyBasic arithmetic, reading, and writing skillsAbility to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 lbs unassistedPreferred: retail/customer service experience, bilingual skills, trade certifications Additional Information You may work in indoor or outdoor environments with varying climate conditions.
