Full-Time Sales Associate

Role Overview This position involves acting as a Cashier and/or Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining store displays, stocking merchandise, and adhering to safety and security policies. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive shipments, and stock shelves following company procedures.Assist customers in locating products and operate cash registers efficiently.Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including cleaning and restocking.Implement and maintain plan-o-grams and visual merchandising standards.In the absence of management, authorize refunds, handle cash, and monitor store security. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory or related experience preferred.Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds, standing, bending, and climbing.Understanding of safety policies and ability to follow detailed instructions. Working Conditions Frequent standing, bending, and lifting; handling merchandise and equipment; operating cash registers; occasional outdoor exposure; and driving for store-related tasks. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise levels.
