Full-Time RN or LPN
About the role

Fort Gibson Care and Rehab partners with a vast network of skilled nursing centers across 2 states to support our small team environment of caring professionals with the resources and benefits of a large enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing
- Provides services that exceed company and regulatory standards
- Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
- Affords assessments and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
- Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
- Sets nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
- Administers medications
- Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
- Documents that treatment as required
- Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
- Others duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing
- One year of nursing experience is preferred
- Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required
- Valid CPR certification
- Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Communicates effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
- Reacts decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Maintains confidentiality
- Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
