Full-Time RN Nurse

Role Overview The Head Nurse oversees patient care, staff management, and daily operations within a designated nursing unit. They utilize the nursing process to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care that respects patient autonomy and dignity. Key Responsibilities Interpret and review diagnostic data related to patient conditions.Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve department performance and implement change.Provide guidance during life-threatening situations and evaluate intervention outcomes.Innovate work processes to enhance patient outcomes.Participate in clinical leadership activities including coaching, staffing, performance evaluations, and mentoring.Support continuous learning and contribute to healthcare delivery improvements.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality patient care.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar setting or specialty area.RN licensure with BLS certification (within 14 days of hire); ACLS preferred.Computer literacy skills.
