About the Role

Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to deliver high-quality services while respecting patient autonomy and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients accurately based on their medical condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed and provide age-appropriate care.
• Develop and evaluate patient and family education plans.
• Perform treatments and nursing services using clinical knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and address psychosocial needs.
• Promote cost-effective practices and ensure patient safety.
• Engage in lifelong learning to maintain professional competence.
• Perform general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, and assist physicians with procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy required.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred.
