Responsibilities
- Overseeing admission, discharge, and patient flow to ensure quality care and efficiency
- Assessing and improving the quality of nursing services in collaboration with management
- Fostering teamwork and supporting a patient-first approach through service recovery and engagement initiatives
- Participating in staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment
Qualifications
- RN license with a diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Certifications in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS, ACLS)
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
