Full-Time RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

About the role

An experienced RN Charge is responsible for leading the Cardiac Cath Lab team, coordinating daily operations, and delivering high-quality cardiac care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
• Circulate and monitor patients during diagnostic and interventional catheterizations.
• Manage hemodynamics, administer medications, and sedation as needed.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain safety protocols throughout procedures.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an RN in a cardiac or procedural setting.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Expertise in cardiac procedures, hemodynamic management, and patient monitoring.
