Salemtowne Retirement Community is seeking a Full-time Rehab Assistant to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Winston-Salem, NC. We are a community known for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, offering a range of wellness programs including physical and occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
• Support residents in maintaining mobility and independence
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
• Current licensure/certification in the state of NC
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
