About the role

The Registration personnel is responsible for admitting patients, inputting patient information into the computer system, and verifying insurance coverage and benefits for patients. Provide financial counseling for each patient regarding any payments due at time of service. Must have the ability to handle difficult situations. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous registration or medical business office experience (preferred)
• ICD-10 and CPT code knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work varied hours and days
• Onsite only (not remote)
