Full-Time Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse (RN/GN) for the Progressive Care Unit, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to moderately to critically ill patients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor telemetry.Administer IV medications and manage complex care plans.Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license or graduate nurse status.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
