About the Role
The Case Management RN Supervisor promotes patient-centered care by coordinating the care plan, managing length of stay, ensuring resource utilization, and developing safe discharge plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- 2 years of experience in case management
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Certification in Case Management and InterQual or IQCI is advantageous
