The Richmond - Chesterfield Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist.
Job Summary
This position is an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Academics department.
Principal Job Functions
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Data entry and other Academic functions
- Faxing, filing and basic office duties
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
- Evening and weekend hours are required.
Knowledge And Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Previous receptionist experience a plus
