Role Overview: A Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide inpatient psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care while participating in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO from an accredited institution.Board Eligible or Certified in Psychiatry.Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical license.Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
