About the role
The Property Manager at Absolute Leadership is a role that combines the traits of a Client Happiness Hero and a Master of Multitasking. This position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Aid customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through various advertising/marketing opportunities.
- Enhance sales through rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
- Guide new customers through rental processes.
- Resolve issues professionally and positively.
- Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds, and vacant units.
- Keep well-organized records and perform minor maintenance tasks and regular property inspections.
- Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, processing daily bank deposits, and completing auctions according to policy and laws.
- If at a participating location, assist tenants with completing, processing, and returning rentals through programs such as U-Haul, Penske, or company-owned rental truck services.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Experience in sales or retail environments preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced, customer service-related environments preferred.
- At least one year of experience in property management.
Qualifications
Highly adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
