About the role
Plan and execute Trial Class and Open House sessions, including preparation of teaching content and activities (teaching aids, worksheets, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-class teaching during Trial Class and Open House.
- Coordinate with SA Kids for student and parent engagement.
- Prepare post-event reports, including Lead Observation Report and feedback summary.
- Assist in Parents Seminar (online/offline) by supporting presentations or Q&A as needed.
- Participate in training sessions as part of teacher development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in early childhood or preschool teaching.
- Strong classroom leadership and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage well with both teachers and parents.
- Passionate about child-centered and play-based learning approaches.
