Full Time PM CNA - Long Term Care

About the role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will operate on the front lines providing direct resident care and reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs. You will also chart in the POC system and demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, and support their choices
• Report condition changes to RNs or LPNs
• Chart in the POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Have good communication skills
• Read, write, and communicate in English
• Hold BLS Certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
