Full-Time Pizza Cook/Server - Student Dining

Full-time position working 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of the dining hall in the morning
• Prepare and bake pizza for the main dining hall
• Prep pizza for catering, concessions, and special events
• Track daily pizza consumption using food production logs

Requirements

• Perform duties efficiently and positively
• Meet objectives of Ashland University and needs of student customers
• Reliable, proficient with math
• Follow state health department guidelines and dress codes
• Currently authorized to work in the United States (Ashland University will not sponsor employment visas)
• Lift up to 30 lbs, bend, lift, and stand for several hours at a time

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety based on the Ohio revised code or ServSafe certified

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• First shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.)
• Every other weekend required
• Anticipated start date: August 3, 2026
