Full-Time Piano Accompanist

35 hours per week, school-year position.

Responsibilities

• Assists certified music teacher with activities such as performing piano accompaniment
• Assists students in chorus rehearsals
• Works with individual or groups of students on music performances
• Completes necessary paperwork
• May be assigned to other schools as-needed

Requirements

• Prior experience as a piano accompanist
• Ability to sight read and accompany advanced choral music and vocal solos
• Audition required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in piano performance preferred

Pay

$26.00 - $41.57 per hour, based on experience
