About the role
Christian Village at Mt. Healthy is a faith-based senior living community located in Cincinnati, OH. We are currently seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in maintaining resident mobility and independence through therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and fostering a positive environment.

Pay
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule available upon request.
