Full Time Pharmacy Technician

Role Overview: This position supports licensed pharmacists by accurately preparing and dispensing medications and healthcare products, ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining patient profiles and insurance claims using computer systems. Responsibilities include stocking medications, managing inventory, processing prescriptions and refills, labeling products, and operating cash registers. Additional duties involve maintaining a clean, well-stocked department, adhering to HIPAA and legal policies, and assisting with tasks delegated by pharmacists. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy-related experience and relevant state registration or certification preferred. Must have strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and product knowledge. Ability to interpret documents and suggestive selling skills are essential. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied environments.
