Full Time Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Activities and Housekeeping - Needed

Responsibilities

• Run activities and plan daily/weekly events for residents
• Monitor stock levels of equipment and supplies to verify they are maintained on premises to meet residents' needs
• Recommend changes in techniques and/or procedures for cost-effective and efficient operation
• Clean residents’ rooms and common areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or administration
• Function independently, with flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Possess and display a genuine caring for, and interest in, maintaining and enhancing a positive physical, emotional, and psychosocial environment for residents, visitors, and personnel
• Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally unstable, and/or volatile residents of the facility

Minimum Qualifications

• Must genuinely care about others
• CPR and First Aid Certification
