About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a homecare role providing pediatric patient care, including G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor their effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with physicians or supervisors
- Educate patients and coordinate care and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license and health certifications
- Valid BLS certification
- PPD or chest X-ray clearance
- Pediatric care experience preferred
