Full Time / Part Time - Order Writer / Nabisco Merchandising

About the Role

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will optimize sales with our customers by maximizing in-store visibility of our products, delivering field KPIs, and achieving annual objectives. You will represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, work closely with sales representatives, and ensure our world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit are well-stocked and prominently displayed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow check-out implementation plans negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives and ensure competition compliance; report any issues to the sales representative and store employees.
• Optimize quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
• Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns and new product launches to optimize seasonal sales.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Physically move products from stock rooms to store floors and stock shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Kansas City, MO.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
