Full Time / Part Time - Order Writer / Nabisco Merchandising

About the role

Optimize sales with our customers by maximizing in-store visibility of Mondelēz International products. Deliver field KPIs and annual objectives while representing our world-famous brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, Nabisco, Gum, candy, and others) in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz visit methods, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse-product locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
• Follow checkout implementation plans negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives; report any issues to the sales representative and store employees.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
• Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Optimize seasonal sales and support the implementation of seasonal campaigns for in-store visibility.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Mondelēz brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Communicate any issues with negotiated plans to the Mondelēz management team.
• Enhance new product launches and seasonal displays.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Kansas City, MO.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
