Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional who is seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? Are you seeking a position that allows you to flex your schedule around school, family, or another part-time position? If so, we welcome you to our on-call team, working around your flexible schedule!

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home (no transportation required).
• Perform only common sense clean‑up of your activities or meals with the child.
• Support families needing care for children ranging from infants through toddlers, with highest demand for children under age 2.
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands‑on activities based on observations of age‑appropriate development.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid; infant experience is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor and to greet each family with a bright smile.

Pay

$24 per hour – $26.50 per hour.

Schedule

Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6‑8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
