Job Skills / Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Security experience
• 5 years of previous work history
• 10 years of housing history
• Complete additional drug screening

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of Security Officers
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments
• Operate mobile unit to monitor exterior premises
• Conduct foot patrols
• Write detailed incident reports
• Maintain proper use and submission of forms
• Respond to security and safety concerns
• Perform unarmed foot patrols
• Assume other duties as required

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve conflicts and problem-solve
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems (preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Previous Customer Service experience or related field/education
• Neat and professional appearance
• Dependable means of transportation
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Must pass all pre-employment background and drug screenings
• At least 18 years of age

Pay and Schedule

Pay Rate: $21.73
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am
