THE POSITION
Location: Cottage Grove, MN (55016)
Hours: Overnights Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturdays 12-hour shifts
Client Specifics: 15 year old with a gj-tube and respiratory needs. Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hourWeekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hourWeekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour

Responsibilities
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to children with medical complexities in their homes.
Support client-specific needs such as trach, ventilator, or g-tube care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
Requirements
- Current RN license or LPN license in good standing
- Experience with ventilator, trach, and g-tube care is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric care and medical terminology
