Full Time Overnight Direct Support Professional - Airport Area

Responsibilities

• Build a trusting relationship with TWO men based on respect, empathy, and understanding
• Follow individualized support plans to make sure they get what they need to be safe
• Help one of the men with personal care and ambulation; the other with reminders for hygiene
• Help with the morning routine, healthy meals, and cleaning

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and understanding of individuals with diverse needs
