Full-Time Outside Yard & Receiving

About the Role

This full‑time position is for an Outside Yard and Receiving Team Member at Menards. The team plays a key part in the customer experience by maintaining a fun, fast, and friendly service culture in the Outside Yard. Team members assist customers, support sales departments, and load and unload trucks using motorized equipment while moving incoming product to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the Outside Yard area, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Support various sales departments as needed.
• Load and unload trucks using motorized equipment.
• Transport incoming merchandise from the receiving dock to the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
