Responsibilities
- Recommend gear and products to customers to help them achieve their running goals.
- Take care of customers and communities by building and maintaining meaningful relationships.
- Provide personalized solutions and outfit customers with everything they need.

Additional Requirements
- Hours of work are approximately 35-40 hours per week.
- Requires one regular weekend shift and both opening and closing shift availability.
- Requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and use of point-of-sale computers.
- Job requires moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting, bending, and reaching overhead.
- Includes substantial communication with customers, work in a retail setting with product displays, stockroom with inventory, use of cutting devices to break down boxes, and potentially slippery surfaces.
