Full Time Order Filler

Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

About the role

Performs and completes basic essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Read pick tickets and distinguish the location and part number
• Pick parts according to quantities listed on the pick ticket
• Visually identify that part in location is correct per description and part number listed on pick ticket
• Use repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor level to overhead
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, climb, or balance as required
• Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 75 pounds
• Collaborate on projects that support the business strategy

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to match part numbers and enter data within systems
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing and walking
• Repetitive motion and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead
• Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds (team lifting or material handling equipment required for items over 50 pounds)

Ability to come up with simple solutions to complex problems.

Pay

$18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
