About the role

This is a full‑time opportunity for a newborn nanny near UTSA, providing exceptional care, support, and guidance to newborns in a residential setting. The role involves maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, promoting early childhood development, and ensuring the well‑being of infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day care for newborns, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the infant.
• Promote early childhood development through age‑appropriate interaction.
• Monitor and track infant milestones and health indicators.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the infant’s status and needs.
• Adapt to flexible hours and changing needs of the newborn.

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for newborns and knowledge of their needs and milestones.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Background check completed.
• Verified college enrollment or graduation.
