Hoplite Group is seeking a Junior OSINT Analyst to support V Corps at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The analyst will assist with the collection, analysis, and dissemination of OSINT to inform commanders and decision-makers at tactical, operational, and strategic levels under the supervision of senior all-source intelligence professionals.
About the role
The Junior OSINT Analyst will support V Corps in executing its mission, with an initial operational focus on supporting the NATO-led international peacekeeping military force in Kosovo (KFOR). Key objectives include:
- Perform specialized social and local media exploitation to provide context, tips, and cues to other intelligence disciplines.
- Leverage technology to identify tools and systems that automate data exploitation and analyze or structure large data sets.
- Support dissemination of intelligence information at lower classifications to enable strategic partnership and information advantage initiatives.
- Develop and deliver OSINT reports, products, and findings to integrate into all-source analytic production.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with the intelligence cycle, V Corps mission, and basic analytic tradecraft.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn classified intelligence systems and databases.
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow direction, and adapt to evolving mission requirements.
- Three years of experience working with intelligence community (IC) databases and reporting systems.
- Basic functional knowledge in areas such as counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, or near-peer threats.
- Previous internship, contract, or military experience supporting DoD or IC organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Completion of formal Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) training or certification (e.g., GIAC Open Source Intelligence (GOSI), SANS SEC497: Practical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), McAfee Institute Certified in Open Source Intelligence (C|OSINT), or comparable DoD/IC OSINT training).
- Completion of a recognized intelligence training program from any DoD branch (e.g., U.S. Army 35F Intelligence Analyst AIT, U.S. Air Force All-Source Analyst Course, U.S. Navy Intelligence Specialist “A” School, U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Specialist Course, or comparable DoD civilian training).
