Responsibilities
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate resident needs and progress towards goals
- Document progress notes and treatment plans accurately and timely
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working with older adults preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
