Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ functional independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are met.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
