Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to residents to enhance their independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and modify activities to promote participation in daily living tasks.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
