Full-time Nursing Faculty - 79214
Responsibilities
- Teaching nursing theory, clinical/simulation, and lab with a focus on medical surgical, pediatrics, obstetrics, and mental health material.
- Collaboratively assessing student performance in each of the areas (theory, clinical/simulation, and lab).
- Contributing to the Department and College at the department, division, and college-wide level.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- An active unencumbered MO nursing license.
- Experience teaching at the college level.
- Experience working with or being a LPN in previous position.
- The ability to embrace the use of technology in teaching.
- Maintaining the highest possible standards in classroom instruction and assessment.
Qualifications
- A master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience with Mental Health Nursing is preferred.
Benefits
Salaries: Instructor $58,315; Assistant Professor $64,238; Associate Professor $70,620 - Rank will be assessed at the time of hire based on years of experience and education based on pre-determined criteria.

Schedule
Full-time position for the Fall 2025-2026 Semester.
