Full-Time Nursing Director

Role Overview: The Director of Nursing leads and manages the nursing department in a senior living community, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, daily instruction, and supervision to nursing staff.Maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure proper medication dispensing and documentation.Oversee move-in and move-out processes, fostering positive relationships with residents, families, vendors, and staff.Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory standards and perform other related duties. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing leadership experience or equivalent education and experience.Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office.Strong clinician, customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to make complex decisions impacting multiple departments, with a valid driver’s license.
