The Health & Wellness Director is the clinical leader responsible for supporting clinical operations within a senior living community. This role requires a compassionate leader dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with caregivers to integrate assisted living principles and company culture into resident care
• Develop on-call schedules for after-hours support
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Effectively communicate with residents and families to enhance engagement
• Oversee medication administration in accordance with physician orders
• Coordinate healthcare services with external providers
• Manage partnerships with local vendors

Requirements

• Active RN license
• CPR and First Aid certifications
