About the role

Join our team as a full-time Coronary Care Nurse Director of Nursing (RN) responsible for overseeing assigned departments, ensuring quality patient care, and leading staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and leaders
• Monitor and evaluate patient and employee satisfaction
• Develop and implement improvement strategies
• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians
• Manage administrative, financial, and clinical activities within established standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (or enrollment in an accredited BSN program with scheduled completion)
• Current RN license
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• Certification in a clinical specialty or nursing administration
