Full Time Nurse Practitioner

About the role

The Full-Time Nurse Practitioner will independently manage patient care in an outpatient gastroenterology practice in Oakhurst, NJ. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical management, working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• NJ Licensure
• DEA and CDS certificates
• Certified in BLS/ACLS

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
