    Job Overview

    As a full time Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Capital Heights, MD location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Please do not apply if you plan on working a day job in addition to this position. This job often requires overtime and mental focus which cannot be achieved with working a day shift in addition to a night shift.

    Responsibilities

    • Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
    • Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
    • Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
    • Be professional in all activities (showing up on time, making customer driven decisions while on the job site, providing great feedback to team and management).
    • Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
    • Able to work on minor repairs.
    • Opportunities to become a foreman and be the lead technician in a two man team and eventually lead multiple crews.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
    • Conduct service quality inspections.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
    • Solve on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure good customer service.

    Physical Requirements

    • Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
    • Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
    • Able to stand for 9-10 hours at a time.
    • Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.

    Compensation

    $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
