- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Be professional in all activities (showing up on time, making customer driven decisions while on the job site, providing great feedback to team and management).
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
- Able to work on minor repairs.
- Opportunities to become a foreman and be the lead technician in a two man team and eventually lead multiple crews.
- Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
- Conduct service quality inspections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
- Solve on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure good customer service.
- Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
- Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
- Able to stand for 9-10 hours at a time.
- Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.

As a full time Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Capital Heights, MD location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Please do not apply if you plan on working a day job in addition to this position. This job often requires overtime and mental focus which cannot be achieved with working a day shift in addition to a night shift.
