Full-Time Neurosurgeon

About the role

Join a comprehensive neurosciences program as a BC/BE neurosurgeon with interests in general neurosurgery, including cranial and spine procedures. The role is within a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers, contributing to a well-established neurosurgery practice, participating in clinical education, research, and academic activities such as Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, and multidisciplinary conferences, and holding an affiliate faculty appointment with opportunities for teaching and academic engagement to support the growth of the Neuroscience Institute.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care in a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.
• Collaborate with dedicated Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in clinical education, research, and academic activities (Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, multidisciplinary conferences).
• Hold an affiliate faculty appointment with teaching and academic engagement opportunities.
• Practice in a hospital‑based setting with block OR scheduling.
• Contribute to system‑wide clinical and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in neurosurgery.
• Skills necessary for cranial and spine procedures.
• Strong clinical, teaching, and research interests.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
