Job Responsibilities
- Aid certified NDT Technicians with inspections and testing activities.
- Assist with setup, calibration, and maintenance of NDT equipment.
- Prepare work areas, materials, and inspection tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
- Travel locally to job sites as needed within the area.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or lead technicians.
Requirements
- Previous NDT Assistant experience is required.
- NDT students currently enrolled in or recently completed an NDT program are welcome to apply.
- No relocation assistance is available for this position.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel locally when needed.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in industrial environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or refinery environments.
- Current safety certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting RT, UT, MT, PT, or VT inspections preferred.
